✂-Designer's Tip of The Day-Swatch It!

IF you have fabric falling off the shelves, taking up all your closet space, or afraid you may find yourself on the show Hoarders one day, I would suggest swatching your fabric.  Keep the swatches in a notebook, a folder, or with your sketchbooks, anything that will help you find the fabric you need to make your next project. Stop shopping for fabric at the fabric stores, shop your own fabric stash!! Just kidding, I LOVE fabric stores!  But at least this will keep you organized.

PS. Notice, 15 swatches of 15 different fabrics for 15 different dresses.... in just 5 days I will be sewing my little fingers to the bone!
